EARTH TO BEER OYSTER STOUT (6.0% ABV/ 29 IBU) –  Limited batch beer brewed for the Earth To Beer collaboration project, in partnership with Puget Sound Restoration Fund (https://restorationfund.org/). Freshly shucked Pacific oyster shells steeped in whirlpool.

Full mouthfeel, balanced roast and espresso notes, light malt sweetness complemented by a noticeable briney flavor across the mid palette. Light bitterness down the end.
