At Ghostfish Brewing Company, we're reinventing beer from the ground up.

It all starts with our use of unusual grains: millet, buckwheat, and brown rice. All our malts are produced in small batches in dedicated gluten-free facilities.

From there, we apply our true PNW craft spirit, using choice Northwest-grown hops and other local ingredients to create our diverse portfolio of boundary-pushing craft beers.

Pronounced "GOHZ-uh", our annual Summer seasonal features a unique blend of cranberry and tropical hibiscus. Brewed as a traditional German-style Gose sour ale with coriander and sea salt. Light, crisp, and refreshing, Gosefish is the perfect summer sipper!
