At Ghostfish Brewing Company, we're reinventing beer from the ground up.
It all starts with our use of unusual grains: millet, buckwheat, and brown rice. All our malts are produced in small batches in dedicated gluten-free facilities.
From there, we apply our true PNW craft spirit, using choice Northwest-grown hops and other local ingredients to create our diverse portfolio of boundary-pushing craft beers.

Gosefish Hibiscus-Cranberry Gose
Gosefish Hibiscus-Cranberry Gose is a unique blend of tart cranberry and tropical hibiscus crafted together along with a touch of coriander and a hint of sea salt in the traditional German Gose-style. With its vivid pink hue, tart cranberry tang, and subtle refreshing saltiness, this funky sour ale is sure to hook you!
