At Ghostfish Brewing Company, we're reinventing beer from the ground up.

It all starts with our use of unusual grains: millet, buckwheat, and brown rice. All our malts are produced in small batches in dedicated gluten-free facilities.

From there, we apply our true PNW craft spirit, using choice Northwest-grown hops and other local ingredients to create our diverse portfolio of boundary-pushing craft beers.

The last rays of summer twilight give way to a crisp fall night, and a ghostly white glow peers through the clouds. Is it a moon? No! It's the Great White Gourd heralding the arrival of our pumpkin ale! This Belgian-style ale is gold in color, malt forward and brimming with fall spices. Warming, refreshing and best enjoyed before the frost!
