At Ghostfish Brewing Company, we're reinventing beer from the ground up.

It all starts with our use of unusual grains: millet, buckwheat, and brown rice. All our malts are produced in small batches in dedicated gluten-free facilities.

From there, we apply our true PNW craft spirit, using choice Northwest-grown hops and other local ingredients to create our diverse portfolio of boundary-pushing craft beers.

Our hottest summertime tradition is back! Every summer we can't wait to brew this sizzling farmhouse style ale using one of the hottest peppers in the world - the ghost pepper. But, don’t let that scare you off! Earthy, spicy notes from these ghost peppers are balanced with fruity esters from Belle Saison yeast, and a bouquet of herbal, citrus notes from Cascade and Mt. Hood hops. This is an ideal companion to your backyard barbecues, long rugged hikes, and sunny lakeside picnics. Especially complementary for marinades and other cooking uses. Get it while it’s hot!!
