For this single batch limited release we got our hands on 300 lbs of Cascade & Comet wet hop cones straight from our friends at Sweet Alyssum Farm on Vashon Island, WA. The untamed nature of these fresh aromatic hops brings an intense blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and early notes with each sip. Underneath it all is a sturdy grain bill that gives this tantalizing ‘freshie’ a noticeable body and clean malt sweetness to balance the bitterness. Celebrate Washington grown hops!

Fresh Hop IPA (5.4% ABV) – Our annual limited release celebrating Washington grown hops. This year’s batch was brewed with 300 lbs of Cascade & Comet wet hop cones from Sweet Alyssum Farm. Tasting notes of grapefruit flesh, watermelon, tangerine, lemongrass, and eucalyptus with balancing bitterness.
