There’s nothing quite like the bright hop characteristics that shine through when fresh hops get involved! Each year during hop harvest in Yakima Valley, we choose a different hop to showcase in this limited-release. In 2018, we brewed two separate fresh hop beers. Both contained 150 lbs of fresh, whole-cone hops harvested on brew day and put into the kettle to create liquid gold!

Ingredients : malted millet and malted buckwheat (from Grouse Malting Co.), malted rice (Eckert malting), hops, yeast

Available in 22 oz bottles

ABV: 7%
IBU: 75
