Beer or Merchandise Donations
Since our founding, Ghostfish Brewing Company has been proud to give back to our community by providing beer and swag to hundreds of nonprofits whose missions align with our core values. We prioritize giving to nonprofit (registered 501 C3 & C6) organizations in the fields of water quality and preservation, climate science and educational programs serving historically marginalized communities. While we do make exceptions to these priorities, we almost always decline requests from preschools, arts and recreation, medical causes and animal welfare. Here’s how to request a donation of beer for a special event and/or merchandise for a silent auction.
WHAT WE GIVE:
Beer - Delicious, canned beer for your event. We provide 1-2 styles of beer, including our flagship beers and our current seasonal.
Merchandise - Ghostfish Brewing Company swag, usually with an estimated value of $75, for your silent auction. Because of safety we are unable to donate brewery tours or tastings for your auction.
Both beer and merchandise donations must be picked up at our Ghostfish Brewing taproom in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood.
WHAT WE SUPPORT:
We love our community and its diverse range of organizations that are making it even more awesome. We give to a myriad of nonprofits and prioritize giving to organizations in the fields of water quality and preservation, climate science and educational programs serving historically marginalized communities. While we do make exceptions to these priorities, we almost always decline requests from preschools, arts and recreation, medical causes and animal welfare. You must be a 501 C3 or C6 organization to receive a donation. We do not donate to religious organizations, sports teams or individuals.
READY TO APPLY?
Fill out the form below at least 45 days prior to your event. Requests must come directly from the benefitting nonprofit. You’ll hear back from us with a ‘congratulations!’ or ‘sorry’ within 2 weeks.
Someone from your organization will have to pick up the beer or merchandise either day of or in the week prior to your event at our taproom in Seattle. We wish we could give beer to organizations all over our distribution area, but it’s just not logistically possible.
Remember, to receive a donation of beer from any brewery in our great state of Washington you must have a Special Occasion License for your event.
