With great pleasure, we invite you to join us at our annual Anniversary Dinner to celebrate 9 amazing years of brewing and connecting with our fans!

This is a 21+ event.
Each Ticket Includes:
- 4 course dinner with beer pairings (includes several limited beer releases)
- 1 (19.2 oz) can of “Millet Matrimony 9th Anniversary Milletwine”
- 1 (16 oz) can of “Revolution 9 IPA” (special 9th Anniversary beer release)
- 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of “Close Encounters of the 8th Kind – 8th Anniversary Cask-Aged Milletwine”
- 1 limited-edition 9th Anniversary 17 oz glass
Important Notes:
- We would like to know if you have any dietary restrictions. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but please note that some requests may not be possible to meet due to kitchen limitations during this special event
- This is a ticketed event, tickets must be purchased in advance, ticket sales end Thursday, February 15th at midnight.
Menu:
1st Course: Spring Salad Mix with arugula, roasted fennel, roasted red onion, roasted sweet potato and a house-made red wine vinaigrette. Paired with Petite Saison.
2nd Course: Roasted Mushroom Risotto featuring a trio of mushrooms (shitake, cremini, oyster) in creamy Arborio rice, yellow onions, grated parmesan, and a dash of truffle oil. Paired with 8th Anniversary Milletwine.
3rd Course: British Beef & Ale Pie – A 5 inch pastry crust (from 5b’s Bakery) filled with 9th Anniversary Milletwine braised boneless teres major beer, peas, carrots, and onions. Served with sauteed and seasoned broccolini. Paired with Revolution 9 IPA.
4th Course: British Sticky Toffee Pudding – Created by Little Miss Sweets NYC Bakery with 9th Anniversary Milletwine. Served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Paired with 9th Anniversary Milletwine.
