Description

Striking things happen when blazing hot Ghost Peppers combine with a fruit-forward and aromatic Saison. Ghost Pepper Saison is an annual limited-Ghostfish release.

Beer Style Information:

Ghost Pepper Saison (6% ABV / 15 IBU) –  Saison with dried ghost peppers added during primary fermentation. Notes of stone fruit and spice Saison esters, mild heat from dried peppers. Lightly floral, dry body,  and slight earthiness from the buckwheat malt. Hops: Mt. Hood and Zeus
