Beer Styles Information:
Grapefruit IPA (ABV: 5.5% / IBU: 85) – American IPAs are known for their citrusy hop punch, but we cranked up the juice on this one! Brewed with grapefruit peel and a mysterious hop codenamed “Experimental Grapefruit”, this IPA is a serious citrus bomb. Lively and bright, bracingly bitter, and eminently refreshing, you’ll wish it grew on trees! Ingredients: water, sorghum, brown rice, candi syrup, tapioca maltodextrin, hops, grapefruit peel, yeast
Kick Step IPA (ABV: 5.5% / IBU: 60) – A classic NW style IPA, golden in color with complex hop aromas of citrus, mango and pine. Sturdy, yet light bodied with a dry finish. A project beer with The Mountaineers, built on a spirit of wonder and a sense of adventure. Ingredients: water, malted millet, malted rice, brown rice, beet sugar, hops, yeast
Meteor Shower Blonde Ale (ABV: 4.5% / IBU: 15) – Easy drinking, crisp ale, with a Pilsner-like finish. The aromas of melon & sweet rice shine alongside Perle hops. Ingredients: water, malted millet (Grouse Malting Co.), malted rice (Eckert Malting Co.), hops, yeast

Shrouded Summit Belgian White Ale (ABV: 4.8% / IBU: 20) – A hazy golden body capped with a snowy head. A wintry burst of juniper and citrus, on an updraft of Belgian-style aromatics. This beer was our “Everest”–a proper witbier, without wheat or barley! Busting with classic Belgian-style aromatics of banana, clove, and sweet orange, you won’t believe there’s no wheat! Ingredients: water, malted millet & malted buckwheat (Grouse Malting Co.), malted rice (Eckert Malting Co.), hops, juniper berries, coriander, orange peel, yeast
Vanishing Point Pale Ale (ABV: 5.3% / IBU: 45) – For our take on the classic American pale ale, we decided to throw inhibition to the wind and jump in with both feet! Balanced with caramel and biscuit malt flavors, and classic American hop aromas of stone fruit and citrus, one sip will make your preconceptions about gluten-free beer Vanish into the great beyond! Ingredients: water, malted millet (Grouse Malting Co.), malted rice (Eckert Malting Co.), brown rice, hops, yeast
